The Athletes in Action (AIA) Global Leadership Council serves as a collaborative voice of wisdom, direction, and spiritual leadership for our worldwide movement.

Representing each global region and strategic initiative, the Council brings together trusted leaders who help shape vision, strengthen alignment, and encourage healthy growth across more than 90 AIA National ministries. Their role is to listen, discern, and provide influence that supports national leaders as they carry out the mission of reaching the world of sport for Christ.

Through prayer, strategic insight, and shared leadership, the AIA Global Leadership Council helps ensure we remain unified in purpose while empowering contextualized ministry in every nation. Together, we seek to develop multiplying disciples and Christ-centered leaders who transform the culture of sport around the globe.​
